YOUR TASKS

Working Location: Macau

\n

Reporting to Senior Vice President & Managing Director, Hong Kong & Macau, you will oversee and manage the Macau express delivery business and operations to achieve short-term and long-term financial and operating objectives in line with DHL strategy.

\n

\n

Responsibilities:

\n\nManageOperations, Sales, Customer Service and Administration teams on a company level to ensure effective operations of the organization\nFormulate and implement strategies for short-term and long-term business goals\nManage and take responsibility for the company-level financial budgets, profit & loss, cost and revenue management\nEnsure full legal and regulatory compliance of company policies and procedures\nMonitor organization performance to ensure high productivity and market-leading service to customers\nLiaise with regional and Hong Kong teams as well as external parties for efficient and quality shipment processes and transit time performance\nExplore and exploit business growth opportunities and extend market share\nRepresent the company externally, build external network in the industry and ensure excellent company branding in the market\nShape directions and navigate teams to achieve targets on revenue and profitability,transit time, data quality and customer service performance\nMake challenging business decisions and ensure proper actions are in place\nPlan and manage allocation of manpower and resources based on business needs to ensure long-term organization success\nReview performance statistical reports, initiate and drive changes in organization to ensue high performance and continuous improvement\n\n\n

YOUR PROFILE

\n

Requirements:

\n\nDegree holder in Business, Logistics or related disciplines\nMinimum 10 years’ related experience with sound knowledge in Logistics or Express Delivery industry, with at least 5 years’ proven experience in managing sizable teams\nStrong business acumen with good financial sense of costs and ROI\nCustomer-oriented with strong negotiation and influencing skills\nExcellent interpersonal skills,with strong professional network and competency in developing professional relationships with both external parties and internal departments within the Group\nStrong leadership competency in driving organization performance, together with proven records of strongemployee engagement results\nExcellent presentation, analytical and decision making skills\nGood command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)\nProficient PC skills\nTravelling to Hong Kong is required\nMacau local compensation package will be offered\n\n
