Make an impact

You lead our comprehensive training landscape including Legal and Compliance programs, learning initiatives as well as micro learning solutions and are end-to-end responsible for the learning process from strategy to monitoring (frontend/backend)You develop LC organization training programs such as onboarding programs, upskilling initiatives, continuous learning programs, or elseWithin the function you implement and monitor internal and external learning metrics (including e.g. CSRD, DEGREE)You lead a team of ~10 employees (including functional, lateral, and disciplinary leadership)You introduce and implement working methods within LC CO and manage a self-organized, cross-functional training network Further you have a budget responsibility of approximately 1 million EURYou fulfill partner and committee management as well as communication with executives and senior managementHandle internal/external suppliers

Your defining qualities

EducationMasters' degree in Psychology, Economics, Business Administration, or equivalentExperience & SkillsYou have many years of professional experience in project management, process design including significant experience in leadership positionsFurther you bring comprehensive expertise and experience in learning methodologies, didactics, and training technologiesStrategic and analytical approach with experience in agile working methodsOutstanding communication and collaboration management skillsDedicated professional with hands-on mentality and cross-functional working styleLanguagesBusiness-fluent English and German language skills are required
