Partner with internal stakeholders to shape network strategy and provide robust commercial recommendations. Present business cases and lease proposals to the executive team with clear, data-driven insights. Mentor and develop a high-performing leasing team, fostering accountability, engagement, and succession planning. Travel nationally and to New Zealand to assess opportunities, strengthen landlord rapport, and resolve local issues.
