Inspire people considering Continental's leadership philosophy ▪ Provide stability and high trust, develop your people ▪ Move Continental into the future, encourage people to think outside the box and empower them to take ownership Select, manage and develop qualified staff ▪ Represent the dynamic testing labs ▪ manage and coordinate the testing activities of the different Labs ▪ translation of Quality and tC strategy into action plans and ensure implementation ▪ contribute to strategic and operative planning of the Lab units (e.g. with respect to investments, capacity, technical equipment) ▪ initiate and control investments for laboratory and production testing equipment ▪ initiate and implement continuous improvement activities by applying CBS methods and training measures ▪ support global or local testing engineering related and cross-functional projects ▪ prepare, review and manage the budget and forecast of the different labs ▪ ensure timely submission of financial data to controlling ▪ implement and conduct activities according to the budget established ▪ ensure that the financial goals are met ▪ continuous organization and optimization of operational activities (quality, costs, utilization, availability) ▪ Implement performance (KPI) monitoring and reporting (e.g. regarding cost, lead time, quality, scrap, waste, energy, OEE, etc.) in cooperation with controlling& TSSC ▪ tracking and reporting of defined KPIs ▪ Initiate and control cost reduction projects in cooperation with Lab Heads, PPI, Production and QM ▪ ensure technical comliance ▪ Track and support ressource planning (Equipment & FTEs), including regional an technological balancing between the different labs (accoding to the customer needs in cooperation with TSSC) ▪ initiate and control the continuous qualification of engineering employees in cooperation with plant HR (following the relevant HR processes​) ▪ Develop and implement training and qualification plans to ensure expertise and know-how of staff ▪ Ensure availability of adequate personnel capacities for all tasks ▪ support development of measurement and test methods in cooperation with TSSC, development and test engineering ▪ Cooperate and exchange methods and knowledge with internal and external partners ▪ Steer and support implementation of new measurement and test devices ▪ develop and ensure local implementation lab standards (layout, workflow, workplace design, Equipment) ▪ collect and provide feedback and input for further development of standards regarding testing engineering and testing processes (e.g. production flow plan, control plan, work instructions, standardized work chart, standardized work combination table, job instruction sheet, process parameters, materials) ▪ Implement all necessary measures for compliance with the applicable occupational safety guidelines. ▪ support risk assessments, machine approvals Leadership & management skills (incl. team-building, delegation, performance management and people development techniques) - Expert Communication techniques (incl. presentation, change management, negotiation and conflict resolution techniques) - Advanced Project management skills, tools and techniques - Basic Problem solving and decision making tools and techniques - Advanced Local language & culture (intercultural sensitivity) - Advanced Knowledge of general mechanical & electrical engineering - Basic Knowledge of test bench functions, error root cause detection, analysis and remediation - Advanced Manufacturing related technologies, systems, infrastructures, standards and processes - Advanced Industrial engineering systems and methods (e.g. REFA, MES, TPM) - Basic Future technologies, Industry 4.0 applications, smart factory related technologies - Basic Knowledge of the development processes of product development and quality assurance (PLC) - Basic Quality management (including quality policies, systems and processes) - Advanced Lean production/CBS principles, methods and tools (e.g. production management system) - Basic Products, systems and technologies (functionalities and applications) - Basic Knowledge of the factors influencing the test result, application of this knowledge to the development of new test methods - Advanced Business management skills (incl. financial know-how) - Basic 您愿意与我们共同驾驭未来吗?即刻填写在线申请吧!
