In 2023, Continental generated sales of €41.4 billion and currently employs around 200,000 people in 56 countries and markets._ As part of our global Internal Audit Team, you establish and lead the area of IT Audit & Data Intelligence within Automotive Internal Audit to support audits worldwide and to increase business efficiency and performance of the audit teams: + Plan and manage IT system-, process- and entity audits with the goal of identifying risks, ensuring compliance with internal and external rules and regulations, as well as improving internal controls, business efficiency and performance + Continuously develop and maintain a complex IT Audit related audit universe + Identify clusters of function related risks, process weaknesses and control risks and provide guidance and assurance to the Executive Board, the Audit Committee and other relevant stakeholders + Accountable for the success/outcome of the IT audits and the final content of the related audit reports + Implement, perform and improve forensic and data analytics + Lead the team of highly skilled and motivated IT auditors and data analysts + Academic degree in business administration, Finance, IT, engineering, law or comparable qualification + Multiple years of professional, audit-related experience; an audit related certification is a plus (e.g. CIA, CISA) + Several years of national and international experience with demonstrated leadership, commercial and financial skills + Profound in Compliance and Auditing standards + Experience in leading international projects + Experience in international leadership with remote teams and functions + Excellent English language skills (written and spoken) + Intercultural sensitivity Applications from severely handicapped people are welcome.
