Head of Integrated Supply Chain - CT/AMI
**About Integrated Supply Chain (ISC)** The Integrated Supply Chain aims to support the Business Units and Regions to deliver our services and solutions to our customers and consumers as promised, on time and with quality. The organization includes activities such as manufacturing, procurement, logistics, warehousing, product industrialization and planning. Dedicated end-to-end teams per Business Unit are in place to support the businesses to achieve their short-, mid- and long-term goals. **Your role:** The Head of ISC CT/AMI is responsible for orchestrating cross-disciplinary activities for the CT/AMI business, establishing the company to top-tier status in supply chain excellence, developing and implementing multi-year organizational policies, leading supply chain strategy development for the CT/AMI business and enhancing operational efficiency and safety standards. The role spearheads comprehensive supply chain management initiatives, targeting cycle time reduction across the entire supply chain and manages various functions' expenditures within budgetary constraints. The role enhances forecast accuracy and establishes standardized measurement systems to assess customer delivery performance and quality. The role creates a working environment that continuously improves Health and Safety (H&S) standards, including risk management and provision of sufficient resources for an effective H&S program. **More specifically, the Head of ISC** **CT/AMI will be responsible for…** + Orchestrates cross-disciplinary activities to establish global long-term policy for the CT/AMI supply chain and flawless execution of the policy to support business needs. + Develops multi-year organizational policies pertinent to supply chain operations and subsequently authorizes their implementation, ensuring coherence with overarching strategic goals and fostering the smooth execution of supply chain processes to optimize efficiency and achieve operational excellence. + Leads the development and implementation of supply chain strategy to support enterprise goals, through implementing process excellence and driving robust strategies in supply chain functions to optimize service, cost and working capital. + Spearheads comprehensive supply chain management initiatives aimed at achieving specific targets, advocates for cycle time reduction programs across the entire supply chain to enhance responsiveness to fluctuating demand and simultaneously reduces inventory levels. + Manages various supply chain expenditures, aligns them with predefined targets, encompassing both overall spend and cost-per-unit metrics and effectively controls functional costs within budgetary constraints. + Enhances forecast accuracy and delivery precision, offers robust functional leadership across the End-to-End (E2E) process and bolsters operational planning proficiency at every organizational level. + Establishes standardized measurement systems to assess customer delivery performance and quality, drives root cause analysis and implements corrective actions to enhance operational efficiency and ensure consistent customer satisfaction. + Offers guidance and direction to supply chain managers across diverse operational areas, groups, and functions, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and fostering collaboration to optimize supply chain management processes. **Key jobs to be done** + Lead integrated supply chain initiatives to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve margins across planning, procurement, manufacturing, engineering, and transformation. + Orchestrate the end-to-end supply chain by aligning strategy, processes, and systems. + Build and nurture strong relationships with key senior stakeholders and business leaders to ensure alignment of supply chain strategy with overall business objectives. **Job Requirements** + Minimum 15 years of experience with Bachelor's or Minimum 12 years of experience with Master's Degree in Science, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Operations Research, Mathematics and Statistics. + Experience in a regulated, high-compliance industry, ideally with medical imaging modalities like X-ray, CT, or MRI. + Proven ability to operate and lead in an integrated supply chain setup (Plan-Source-Make-Deliver) with servant leadership towards a Business Unit + Extensive domain expertise in areas such as Supply Chain Strategy development, Supply Chain Management, Supply Chain Planning, Quality Assurance, cost optimization and Risk Management. + Experience of integrating supply chain functions into a global or regional operating model. + International leadership experience of cross-regional teams in complex matrix organizations. + Proven ability to develop talent and build high-performing, diverse teams. + **Superpowers and Critical Capabilities** + **Collaborating and influencing; Stakeholder management** + Serve as a trusted partner to senior leaders across Business Unit, Operations and Regions and influencing key decisions through expertise and collaboration. + Negotiate as a peer, balancing strategic priorities and fostering shared decision-making. + Engage and align stakeholders across functions to build consensus and drive common goals. + Proactively build relationships to support growth, profitability, and cross-functional alignment. + **Driving Results & Improvements** + Benchmarking own performance against industry best practices. + Proactively seeking to improve processes and implement best in class solutions, continuously driving improvement, raising quality, performance and productivity in a calculated way. + Identifying new processes and/or systems to improve productivity and make the business more efficient. + **End-to-end orchestration for the value chain** + Align goals and responsibilities across all functions involved in the value chain. + Enable transparency and coordination through integrated processes and systems. + Promote strong collaboration across departments and levels of the organization. + Build flexibility and responsiveness to adapt to changing business needs and external factors. + **How we work together** The role is an on-site role. **About Philips** We are a health technology company.
