About the role:
The Head of Sales for Insurance, Pensions & Investments will drive the sales strategy, performance, and growth across existing client relationships and new logo acquisition. This is a management role responsible for developing and executing sales initiatives, managing a high-performing sales team, and building long-term relationships with clients, and partners to increase market share and profitability.
You’ll be responsible for:
Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy for Insurance, Pensions, and Investment to meet revenue growth targets.Lead and manage a team of player managers and individual contributors. Build strategic partnerships with key stakeholders internally and externally.Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform product positioning and go-to-market strategies.Collaborate closely with Product, Marketing, Compliance, and Operations teams to ensure alignment and delivery of client-centric solutions.Drive sales performance through effective leadership, coaching, and the setting of clear KPIs and goals.Ensure adherence to regulatory compliance across all sales activities and maintain high standards of governance.Represent the company at industry forums, conferences, and networking events to enhance brand visibility and influence.Provide required reporting to the executive team on performance, forecasts, and strategic initiatives.Qualifications:
Strong leadership, team-building, and people management skills.Proven track record of delivering sales growth and exceeding targets.An understanding of the Insurance, Pensions, and Investment landscape, including retail and institutional segments.Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.Analytical mindset with strong strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities.Knowledge of relevant regulatory and compliance frameworks.Key Performance Indicators:
