Job Overview:
Strategically direct and lead the global sales compensation function. Provide expertise, support and consultation on sales compensation matters either locally, regionally, globally or by function with limited guidance and in support of strategic goals and priorities and direct /oversee their delivery.Plan, develop, and implement new and revised sales compensation, programs, policies, procedures, in order to be responsive to the business and GTM goals. Assure company sales compensation programs are consistently administered in compliance with company policies and government regulations on a local, regional or global basis.
Essential Functions:
Develop strategy, design, policy, and governance for global sales compensation.Lead global and regional initiatives to continuously enhance sales compensation plans, ensuring alignment with GTM goals and organizational needs.Direct the implementation of sales compensation technologies that improve accuracy, reduce administrative work, and increase sales performance insights.Monitor sales compensation trends in the marketplace and evaluate new approaches, trends, and best practices to ensure the company's plans and programs remain competitive.Lead a high-performing compensation team and promote a culture of ownership, innovation, and collaboration.Manage staff in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable regulations. Responsibilities include planning, assigning, directing work; appraising performance and guiding professional development; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing employee relations issues and resolving problems. Approve actions on human resources matters.Oversee participation in sales compensation market surveys.Partner with HR specialist functions/COEs to ensure delivery against strategic imperatives and deliver solutions that meet needs.Provide management coaching and counseling to leaders and managers to effectively meet needs.Provide advice, guidance, and support on aspects related to people management for senior management.Keep current with regional and local legislation to ensure company compliance.Participate in required activities and initiatives associated with change involving reorganizations, mergers/acquisitions, and transfers to ensure compliance with local legislation.Qualifications:

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $121,800.00 - $339,400.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
