As a key executive with visibility to the Executive Committee, you'll drive innovation, sustainability, and value while leading a talented team of ~30 procurement professionals worldwide. **What You'll Do** + Develop and execute global sourcing strategies across all business units, managing categories including MnRa, Advanced Sourcing, API & Excipients, Animal Derivatives, and Bio-process Materials + Lead and mentor a diverse team of 30 procurement professionals across regions + Drive TCO optimization and digital transformation initiatives + Establish strategic supplier relationship management programs + Champion risk management and supply chain resilience strategies + Integrate ESG and sustainability principles into procurement practices + Collaborate with R&D, M&S, and Quality teams as a permanent member of the MSAT Leadership Team + Lead strategic negotiations with key suppliers to ensure business continuity **About** **_you_** **Education and Experience:** + Bachelor's degree in Sciences, Engineering, or Business + MBA or equivalent advanced degree + 15+ years experience in pharmaceutical/biotechnology industry procurement + Strong focus on GMP raw materials and category management + Proven track record leading global teams and managing complex projects + Deep understanding of biopharmaceutical raw materials and operations + Knowledge of pharmaceutical quality systems and regulatory requirements **Key Competencies:** + Outstanding stakeholder management and communication skills + Strategic mindset with ability to navigate complex matrix organizations + French and English business fluent **Why choose** **_Sanofi_** **?** At Sanofi, we chase the miracles of science to improve people's lives.
