As Head of (Generative) AI Products (f/m/d), you’ll lead a team of 7-8 skilled data scientists and AI product owners in shaping the future of AI at Siemens. Your team will develop foundational AI products that can be reused across multiple domains and use cases - ensuring scalability, consistency, and long-term impact.You will empower the team to deliver real business value through cutting-edge (Generative) AI, acting as both a visionary and a hands-on team leader. You’ll collaborate with other business and technology leaders to ensure alignment, adoption, and success of your AI products.

Use Your Skills to Move the World Forward

Education: University degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Business Administration, Data Science, or a related quantitative field - or equivalent practical experienceExperience & Skills3+ years of experience leading international teams2+ years of people management experience, either as a project lead or team leadStrong communication and stakeholder management skills3+ years of experience working with AI/ML algorithms, including generative AI (e.g., LLMs, diffusion models) and AI agentsCustomer-centric, outcome-driven mindset with a passion for innovation5+ years of hands-on experience in data science or ML engineering (e.g., Python, R, Java, C#/.NET, etc.)Proven experience deploying and maintaining AI applications in productionExperience with cloud platforms (ideally Azure and/or AWS)Familiarity with MLOps practices and scalable ML infrastructureExperience working in agile environments (e.g., SCRUM)Languages: Business fluent in English (spoken and written) and German language skills
