Manage GDS profitability, and costs.Manage overall administration and supervision of DMS services involving planning, organizing and implementation of work process to meet departmental and company benchmark for all DMS projectsStrategize, and ensure the team manages and executes the delivery of DMS projects and initiatives that are required by the Company and plan roll out communication to other stakeholders effectively and in a timely manner.Manage and coordinate resources to support roll out of new DMS projects which covers the scope of preparation of user requirement, delivery of UAT and ensure operational readiness with SOPDrive DMS operations team to meet customer expectations and departments KPI/GoalsCollaborate with Sales and other internal departments to provide a solution for their requestDrive process improvement initiative within DMS by identify and implement review of DMS operational flowCommunicate with customers and team members to access operational feasibility of user business requirements. Review deliverables prepared by team before communicating to clients to ensure timely deliverables and issues escalation/resolutionWork closely with Sales team to resolve issue(s) from customer(s) with regards DMS servicesInstil continuous improvement culture by rolling out improvement processes, plans, and actions.Prepare and perform system and resources deployment, also provide operational support and resolve the initial project issues. Prepares for engagement reviews and quality assurance procedures. Effectively applies our methodology and enforces project standardsPrepare management, statistic and project reporting including Operations Process Flow and Budget Costing. Analyse project profitability, revenue, margins, billing and costs.To perform other responsibilities and duties this may be assigned from time to time by General Manager in order to meet DMS operational and/or other requirements
