Main Key Responsibilities:

 

Demand & Planning:

Capture business demands and build the portfolio of initiatives, supporting the 3-year planning process for their area of responsibility; Build and manage a community across the organization, define and deploy standard governance processes with DFI / CFOs/ CIOs, and Digital/IT teams; Plan and organize the delivery of initiatives aligned with the global IT/digital roadmap and aligned with standard project governance processes and scale & replicate program; Secure and maintain the quarterly and annual budget for their scope of responsibility;

 

Product Development & Innovation:

           

Follow the product roadmaps of key software editors/providers, share new features that can bring value across the organization; Lead the JDE Product release management process; Develop close relationships with the key software editors/providers;

Solution & Service Delivery:

 

Design, build, and maintain the products and associated components, following standard frameworks and methodologies; Define the service catalog and SLAs in collaboration with the service management team; Deliver the products as per the agreed plan, scope, budget, and timeline approved by the CIO and CFO; Continuously improving customer experience & satisfaction;

 

Standards, Best Practices & Budget:

           

Ensure compliance with the solution and service management processes; Define and maintain key deliverables to support the transition to run/operations; Monitor the total cost of ownership (TCO) and optimization opportunities; Monitor software asset management for their scope;

 

Optimize the Delivery Model & Develop Talent:

           

Capture lessons learned and influence the operating model to drive more efficiency and effectiveness; Propose and implement initiatives to optimize planning, costs, and quality; Continuously improve the delivery model; Invest in upskilling and developing the talent within the team.

 

Requirements:

 

Master’s degree from a business / engineering school or a university, preferrably with a specialization in Information Systems ; Over 15 years of experience in similar roles; Extensive knowledge of finance processes and proven experience in solution and service delivery management within a complex, fast-paced business environment; Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional service to internal stakeholders and achieve successful project outcomes; Strong problem-solving skills, sound decision-making abilities, discerning judgment, and assertive communication style; Excellent oral, written, and presentation skills, including the confidence to deliver engaging presentations to large groups; Robust relationship-building and interpersonal capabilities, with experience in managing external resources effectively.
