Head of Finance for North America CRB (Corporate Risk and Broking)
**Description** The Finance function at WTW supports a broad range of stakeholders, including internal colleagues, client organizations, shareholders, financial institutions, vendors, and regulatory agencies worldwide. **The Head of Finance for North America CRB** (Corporate Risk and Broking) will be accountable for delivering comprehensive financial, analytical, and strategic guidance to the Head of CRB North America and the CRB leadership team as well as the **Head of North America Geography** and NA leadership team. The focus of the role is 90% CRB with 10% on the NA geography. This leadership position oversees **Business Finance for Corporate Risk & Broking (CRB) in North America, as well as North America Other Regional Segment (ORS)** , with an emphasis on driving profitable organic revenue growth and mergers & acquisitions, providing actionable insights, and managing month-end and quarter-end close processes, monthly forecasting, and annual budgeting. The role reports directly to both the Global Head of Business Finance and the Global Head of Finance for Risk & Broking and also serves as a member of the Global Finance leadership team. **The Role** + Act as a strategic partner by analyzing financial and operational data and trends to inform business decisions related to financial performance. + Ensure the accuracy of monthly and quarterly results and forecasts, responsible for overseeing revenue recognition, revenue analysis, and full P&L management. + Support the Head of North America on geography-wide initiatives including Client Location Revenue analysis. + Leading a Finance team across multiple locations supporting all CRB regions, specialty lines of business as well as NA geography Finance activities. + Collaborate with Finance and Business leadership to identify and address performance issues and accelerate growth. Participate in shaping long-term business strategy focused on revenue growth, margin improvement, and working capital management. + Identify and assist with operational improvement initiatives within Finance and Business functions and contribute to evolving the Finance Operating Model across regions and lines of business. + Partner with Business leadership on M&A activities, including due diligence and overseeing finance integration and value realization. + Assist in preparing and conducting monthly performance reviews and quarterly business reviews (QBR) in coordination with Operations, Sales Operations, HR, and Business leaders. + Scope of P&L ownership: + Corporate Risk & Broking in North America (US and Canada), and + North America Other Regional Segment (ORS). **Qualifications** **The Requirements** + 10+ years related experience in FP&A, Corporate Finance, Operations or Business Development. 5+ years in Director or above leadership positions with significant people management responsibilities. + Financial and Business acumen as evidenced by having roles with progressively broader financial responsibilities. + Exposure and/or ability to understand different commercial models as well as deep understanding of the risk & broking industry to drive sound financial support, reporting and analysis. + Demonstrated ability to think critically and analytically. + Systems / data knowledge to be able to direct colleagues in the accumulation and synthesis of data into operational recommendations. + Ability to build and maintain relationships across all levels of the organization and with outside personnel; diplomacy, leadership, and confidence are important. + Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to convey financial messages to senior leadership in a succinct and credible manner. + Must be a hands-on, self-starter with the ability to handle shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment. + Must be able to work within a matrix organization to collaborate with others across segments and geographies. + Attention to accuracy and detail with the ability to understand materiality. + Ability to interpret and analyze financial data. + Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines. + WTW Values & Behaviors will underpin all roles and will guide performance criteria. Please note that salaries may vary for different individuals in the same role based on several factors, including but not limited to location of the role, individual competencies, education/professional certifications, qualifications/experience, performance in the role and potential for revenue generation (Producer roles only). **Compensation** The base salary compensation range being offered for this role is $200,000.00-$300,000.00 USD annually.
