Job Family: Electrification & Automation Req ID: 474867 About the Role Join our Smart Infrastructure team as Head of Finance at our growing BusBar Factory in Mohelnice. You’ll lead financial operations , drive strategic planning , and support the factory’s expansion within the Electrification & Automation business. This is a key leadership role with direct impact on performance, innovation , and digital transformation . Your Responsibilities + Lead all finance activities with focus on profitability, cash flow , and strategic growth . + Partner with the Factory Head to drive operational and financial results . + Oversee financial reporting, forecasting , and budgeting processes . + Manage the controlling and product costing team, promoting digitalization and standardization . + Support investment planning and capacity expansion . + Collaborate with procurement and cross-functional teams to drive cost efficiency . + Ensure compliance with internal and external financial regulations . Your Profile + Several years of experience in finance, ideally in a manufacturing environment . + Strong knowledge of financial closing , planning , and reporting . + Proficiency in SAP and data visualization tools ( e.g . Power BI) . + Leadership skills with integrity, empathy , and a strategic mindset . + Excellent communication across teams and stakeholders . + Fluent English ; Czech / Slovak is a huge plus .
