Head of Finance Service Delivery | JLL Business Services

What this job involves:

This role is responsible for the Finance operations across functions like revenue recognition, corporate payables and receivables, global expense management, financial reporting etc for JLL globally. There are several processes including finance processes which may include clients and our vendors, as well as our internal and regulatory financial reporting and framework that have been housed in our internal capability centers (JLL Business Services – JBS) spread across the world. The role requires regular partnership and interaction with stakeholders to deliver upon agreed operations metrics and drive operational excellence.

What your day-to-day will look like:

Lead Finance Operations transformation and process re-engineering programs in support of the Global Finance vision by developing and executing comprehensive finance transformation strategies aligned with JLL's overall business objectivesManage and oversee FP&A, Order-to-Cash (O2C), Procure-to-Pay (P2P), and Record-to-Report (R2R) and System Support (PeopleSoft) teams to ensure seamless delivery of finance operations while building effective business partnerships with internal stakeholders including Controllership, GPOs and Local Finance teamsDeliver operational excellence by consistently achieving process performance targets within robust control frameworks and agreed operational budgets, while continually seeking opportunities to deliver value through cost reduction or increased scopeInstitute continuous process improvement mindset organizationally and drive simplification, standardization, and automation of processes to achieve efficiency targets, while providing adequate support for business-critical work processes during BCP eventsDevelop organizational capabilities through high-energy, high-performance work environments by motivating team members, providing effective leadership and coaching and fostering desired behaviors such as leadership, accountability and teamworkEstablish strong risk and governance models with clear accountabilities for process and controls execution, exception handling, issue management and resolution while ensuring adherence to all relevant regulations, standards and compliance requirementsLead adoption and integration of new technologies and systems to enhance efficiency and accuracy within the finance department, utilizing data-driven insights to make informed financial decisions and guide the organization towards a more data-centric approach

Desired or preferred experience and technical skills:

Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field.Chartered Accountant or MBA or relevant post-graduate qualification.Relevant certifications (e.g., CPA, CMA, CFA) are a plus.

Required Skills and Experience:

Well versed with F&A processes including Financial Planning and Analysis, Record to Report, Order to Cash and Procure to Pay15+ years of experience in finance and accounting, with a proven track record of successful finance transformation projects and high quality service deliveryIn-depth knowledge of financial management, business processes, and technology solutions.Strong leadership, communication, relationship building and stakeholder influencing skillsProficiency in financial software and technology tools.Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic and matrix organization structureHave a good understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
