**Role Overview**
We are seeking a highly visible and business-critical leader to join our UK & Ireland operations. This role will champion financial excellence, supply chain resilience, and facilities management, while embodying Takeda’s values and driving strategic impact across the organisation.
**Key Responsibilities**
+ Partner with business units to understand drivers and challenge performance.
+ Act as the primary contact for external auditors and internal finance matters.
+ Liaise with shared service centres and lead balance sheet reviews.
+ Oversee P&L and balance sheet accounts for UKIE Management units.
+ Ensure supply chain KPIs are met and manage third-party logistics providers.
+ Lead facilities operations to ensure compliant, efficient office environments.
+ Drive budgeting, strategic planning, and KPI development.
+ Support investment analysis and contract negotiations.
+ Develop succession plans and build a world-class finance team.
+ Ensure compliance with local and global financial, tax, and regulatory standards.
**Qualifications**
+ Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or Accounting.
+ Extensive pharmaceutical finance and supply chain experience, including P&L ownership.
+ Strong knowledge of IFRS, SOX, VAT, tax, and financial planning.
+ Experience in demand planning, distribution, customs, and facilities management.
+ Proven leadership in cross-cultural environments and high-performance teams.
+ Fluency in English.
