We are supporting a leading international telecom infrastructure company in expanding its operations across Europe. Overview: This strategic role focuses on quality control, process improvement, and talent development across engineering and detailing teams. The successful candidate will define and implement scalable quality frameworks, coach top talent, and collaborate with cross-border teams to elevate operational standards.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Define and implement quality standards and documentation controls Establish KPIs for engineering and QC activities Conduct audits and flag non-compliance Lead onboarding and training for new hires Optimize CAD templates and workflows Drive internal quality improvement initiatives Collaborate with project leads to identify and resolve process gaps Foster a culture of continuous improvement

 

Requirements:

min. 8+ years in telecom engineering, detailing, or technical quality management Experience in international environments Strong leadership and mentoring background Advanced AutoCAD knowledge Proven track record in quality systems or process optimization Fluent in English (German is a plus) Analytical mindset with metric-driven decision-making
