The Amazon Key and Ring teams are empowering customers to easily manage access to their homes and businesses globally. We are looking for a leader to drive innovative global marketing strategies that connect with customers worldwide and achieve long-term growth. You will: (i) build and execute internal and external partnerships across international markets, (ii) lead global event strategy and execution, (iii) manage worldwide product launches and market expansions, and (iv) develop and implement content strategies that resonate across diverse cultures. As a key leader on our team, you will drive marketing innovation from idea generation to market execution, building and mentoring high-performing teams while leveraging agility and experimentation to develop new capabilities.
Key job responsibilities
Lead global partnership strategy and activation, including partner identification, planning, content creation, and execution across multiple regions. Develop and manage international Events portfolio, including strategic planning, asset creation, and global amplification strategies. Lead event and partnerships planning and execution across regions, fostering collaboration and developing Amazon Key’s presence. Oversee worldwide product launches and market expansions, managing planning, funding, asset development, and coordinated go-to-market support. Direct global content strategy and creation, ensuring consistent brand messaging while adapting to local market needs. Provide comprehensive global reporting and post-mortem reviews to measure impact and refine strategies. Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key stakeholders across international markets.

You'll collaborate with international teams across Amazon Key product, sales, and agency partners to drive impactful marketing initiatives. The Amazon Key team sits within the Amazon Devices team alongside Ring and other Home Security teams. Key is a uniquely cross-functional team within Amazon, and often serves as the connective tissue between Smart Home/Devices, Logistics, Operations, and Retail/Shopping across global markets. We are the bridge between device management and physical services, and our team indexes highly on ownership and collaboration. We have lots of stakeholders worldwide, and we have relentlessly high standards for our high-visibility international programs.
