On the transformation journey, Ethics & Business Integrity is committed to role model Play to Win culture, TRT and highest integrity standards._ **Main responsibilities:** + **Country Ethics & Business Integrity Leadership** + Responsible to lead the effective implementation of Sanofi Global Ethics & Business Integrity Strategy in the Country as one Sanofi. + Communicate clearly and strengthen understanding of Sanofi Code of Conduct and Ethics & Business Integrity priorities. + Steer and measure the efficacy of the Ethics & Business Integrity program in order to identify its strengths and areas of improvements, recommend and follow action plans with the Country leadership Teams. + Ensure the implementation of global policies/standards/best practices is done timely and appropriately in compliance with local regulations and Sanofi E&BI standards. + Ensure that Ethics & Business Integrity training, awareness and communication campaigns are deployed to the targeted audiences. + Solve complex Ethics & Business Integrity issues that may potentially have a significant impact on Company’s reputation. + Report potential violations of laws, regulations, rules, policies and Company’s procedures and participate in the investigations on requests of the Global Ethics & Business Integrity team. + Ensure Ethics & Business Integrity Committee is held regularly and effectively, covering all matters having a major impact on Sanofi’s Ethics & Business Integrity program. + Participate to the elaboration and implementation of specific Ethics & Business Integrity programs for country/territory or for specific entities / contribute to Ethics & Business Integrity local, regional and global projects. + Collaborate with other Sanofi assurance functions for better risk management, monitoring findings into actionable items with appropriate follow up on corrective actions. + Work cross-functionally to foster leadership, thoughtful risk taking and design solutions for patients. + Act as a lead of Ethics & Business Integrity program element to ensure the program is in order, to identify its strengths and areas of improvements, recommend and follow action plans across MCO. + Collaborate with country Ethics & Business Integrity Head / team and MCO management to design and implement actions/corrective actions to remediate deviations/deficiencies/preventions. + **MCO Ethics & Business Integrity Strategic Business Partner** + Serving as a driver of Sanofi’s positive Ethical culture, this role works strategically with assigned MCO GBU/ function or both, serving as colleagues’ point of contact on Ethics & Business Integrity related matters within their area of responsibility. + Have an overview of their businesses, proactive partnership with their management to enable a sustainable business growth while ensuring thoughtful risk taking. + Identify risks and opportunities for continuous improvement, areas and domains of potential vulnerabilities, inefficient or ineffective processes and partner with them to optimize the processes in compliance with company’s values and Code of Conduct. + Steer and measure the efficacy of the Ethics & Business IntegriTY program in order to identify its strengths and areas of improvements, recommend and follow action plans with the GBU/function leadership Teams. + Work with their peer Strategic Business Partners to support robust governance, thoughtful risk taking and ethical practices across the MCO. + This role provides independent judgment in assessing Ethics & Business Integrity related matters and supporting the business, develops and advises on any needed remediation strategies, provides strategic oversight of the Sanofi Ethics & Business Integrity program and reports to the MCO Ethics & Business Integrity Head. **_About you_** + **Experience** : + Solid experience as a Senior Compliance Manager and/or Business Integrity at multinational pharmaceutical companies. + **Technical skills:** + Knowledge of the global and domestic pharmaceutical industry. + Strong business acumen + Deep understanding of healthcare business + Applicable laws and regulations, data and digital + **Soft Skills:** + Strategic thinking, people leadership, thoughtful risk taking, strong communication capabilities + Customer centric and Solution-oriented. + Inspired by purpose, passionate and energetic, resilient + High ethical standards, acting as a role model by demonstrating the Company’s values + Strategic agility capabilities + Proven ability in: + Change management. + Listening, negotiating, convincing. + Building and maintaining business networks. + Managing complex situations and conflicts. + Stretching beyond the comfort zone, + Taking action and making decisions supported by clear, structured and concise explanations. + Leading and influencing others by applying solid interpersonal and inter-cultural skills + Operating at any level of the One Sanofi organization + Authentic -
