Ethics and Business Integrity (EBI) at Sanofi enables the transformation of medicine to improve patients' lives. As Head of Ethics and Business Integrity Hungary, you will act as a strategic, agile, and solution-oriented business partner, focusing on sustainable business growth, the design and implementation of patient-centric innovation at all levels, and the integration of societal expectations in the development of Sanofi products and services. As a cross-functional collaborator, you will be an architect of change, leveraging data, science, and principles to foster thoughtful risk-taking and decision-making across the company. You will shape the healthcare environment by co-designing the future ecosystem with various stakeholders and play a key role in helping everyone at Sanofi bring the best version of themselves to work every day.
Main responsibilities:
Lead the effective implementation of Sanofi Global Ethics & Business Integrity (EBI) Strategy across different business units in HungaryServe as the single point of contact for country leadership on EBI mattersAct as a strategic business partner to enable sustainable business growth while ensuring proper Third-Party risk managementIdentify risks, opportunities, and areas for continuous improvementEnsure timely implementation of global policies/standards/best practicesDeploy EBI training, awareness, and communication campaignsSteer and measure the efficacy of the EBI programPartner with management on implementing corrective actionsProvide advice to support business decision-makingReport potential violations and participate in investigations when requiredLead the Ethics & Business Integrity CommitteeCollaborate with other Sanofi assurance functions for better risk managementAbout you
Experience:
Experience as Compliance Officer or similar position, preferably in pharmaceutical industryExperience in successfully working in multicultural environments with cross-functional collaborationSoft and technical skills:
Strategic thinking and people leadership capabilitiesCustomer-centric and solution-oriented mindsetStrong communication skills and team player attitudeGrowth mindset with relationship and influence skillsProject management understandingKnowledge of anti-corruption requirements and pharmaceutical industry self-regulationAbility in Agile Transformation and Change managementSkills in listening, negotiating, and managing complex situationsCapacity to operate at any level of the One Sanofi organizationLanguages:
Fluent English (both verbal and written)Hungarian is a mustEducation:
