Purpose:Drive sustainable and profitable growth for Enterprise Services Build, lead, and scale a talented team of sales, solution architects and project managers while embedding the positive and unique values of company culture.

Role Description:Achieve and exceed P&L targets. Create and execute business line's short term and mid-term strategies in accordance with Zone Japan short term and mid-term strategies.Design and create unique enterprise service portfolios while embodying 'One Healthineers' culture.Build and develop a strong relationship with key customers especially C-level customers related to ES business to become a trusted partner. Manage and develop direct reports by effectively coaching them.Work closely and collaborate with business areas and functions cross-functionally.Become a role model for our values, integrity and compliance.

Responsibility:Set objectives, KPIs and principle to make the most of our potential.Build, lead and coach team of talented staffMake necessary organization changes, personnel reshuffles and performance management.Escalate issues (price, product etc) to HQ and solve them in case they cannot be solved internally in Japan.
