Key Responsibilities:

Define and drive the overall engineering vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business goals Lead, scale, and mentor engineering teams, fostering a culture of ownership, innovation, and excellence Architect and oversee the development of scalable, secure, and high-performance platforms Establish and enforce engineering best practices, including coding standards, CI/CD, testing, and DevOps Partner closely with Product, Business, and Leadership teams to translate business needs into technical solutions Own end-to-end delivery, ensuring timely and high-quality execution of complex projects Drive system design, microservices architecture, and cloud-native adoption Optimize engineering processes, productivity, and resource allocation for maximum efficiency Manage technical risks, ensuring platform reliability, scalability, and security compliance Evaluate and implement new technologies to enhance product capabilities and engineering effectiveness Build and retain top engineering talent, including hiring, succession planning, and leadership development Act as a key stakeholder in organizational strategy and contribute to long-term technology planning

Key Requirements:

12–15 years of experience in software engineering with a strong foundation across multiple technologies and architectures Proven experience in leading and scaling large engineering teams in high-growth environments Deep expertise in system design, distributed systems, microservices, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) Strong understanding of modern engineering practices including DevOps, CI/CD, and agile methodologies Ability to make high-impact architectural decisions across diverse tech stacks (backend, frontend, data, infrastructure) Experience in building and scaling products/platforms from early to growth stages Strong business acumen with the ability to align technology strategy with organizational goals Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills
