Your role at Clorox:

We’re looking for a dynamic eCommerce & Specialty Channel Lead to drive the strategic growth of Clorox’s online and specialty retail business in Mexico. You’ll be at the forefront of sales, profitability, and market share growth across pure players, omnichannel retailers, specialty accounts, and DTC platforms, leveraging data, digital marketing, and commercial excellence to deliver profitable, sustainable expansion.

In this role, you will:

Strategy & Growth

Define and execute the growth roadmap for eCommerce and Specialty Channels aligned with Clorox’s business objectives.

Identify new opportunities, partnerships, and revenue streams to accelerate market penetration.

Set and manage revenue targets and investment priorities for both business units.

Commercial & Channel Development

Build strong relationships with marketplaces, omnichannel retailers, and specialty accounts to maximize visibility and sales.

Lead tailored pricing, assortment, and promotional strategies per channel.

Partner with category, brand, and trade teams for successful launches and activations.

Digital Marketing & Conversion Optimization (eCommerce)

Drive performance marketing with a focus on conversion, ROAS, and customer acquisition/retention.

Optimize the digital shelf (content, SEO/SEM, ratings & reviews, search) to increase discoverability and conversion.

Leverage personalization and data-driven content to improve performance.

Analytics & Performance Management

Track KPIs such as traffic, conversion, AOV, share of search, market share, and profitability.

Monitor competition and market trends to refine strategies in real time.

Leadership & Team Development

Build and lead a high-performing team for eCommerce & Specialty Channels.

Elevate digital and channel capabilities across the sales and marketing organization.

What we look for:

What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s in Business, Marketing, Digital Commerce, or equivalent experience.

3+ years in eCommerce, digital marketing, or online retail (FMCG/CPG preferred).

Strong P&L management and commercial acumen.

Experience in performance marketing, marketplace management, and digital shelf optimization.

Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills.

Fluent in English & Spanish.

KPIs You’ll Own

Revenue & market share growth (eCommerce & Specialty Channels).

ROAS and digital marketing efficiency.

Share of search and content score improvement.

Customer acquisition, retention & repeat purchase rates.
