Job Description:
Strategic Planning and Business Growth1.Develop medium- to long-term development strategies for domestic freight business based on DGF's global strategy and trends in China's domestic logistics market. Define annual business objectives and break them down into actionable tasks for regional teams.2.Conduct research on domestic freight market dynamics to identify market opportunities. Lead the development of differentiated freight products to enhance business competitiveness.3.Oversee the acquisition of new customers and retention of existing ones. Lead business negotiations and collaboration implementation for key accounts, formulate a stratified customer management strategy to ensure customer retention and repurchase rates, and drive sustained revenue growth.
End-to-End Operation Management1.Build and optimize the national domestic freight network, covering warehouse connection, trunk transportation, regional distribution, and last-mile delivery. Ensure efficient flow of goods from origin to destination, with core operational indicators meeting standards.2. Manage domestic freight capacity resources, including the selection of core carriers, cooperation negotiations, and relationship maintenance. Establish a hierarchical carrier evaluation system to ensure stable capacity supply. Meanwhile, optimize capacity allocation to cope with peak business periods or sudden capacity demands and reduce the risk of supply disruption.3.Lead freight cost control efforts, analyze the cost structure of the entire logistics chain, and develop cost-reduction and efficiency-improvement plans to ensure the profitability of the freight segment meets corporate targets.
Risk and Compliance Management1.Identify various risks in domestic freight operations. Develop targeted prevention plans to reduce the probability and impact of risks.2.Ensure domestic freight operations fully comply with Chinese laws and regulations as well as DGF's global compliance standards. Regularly organize compliance training for the team and review carriers' qualification documents to avoid compliance incidents.3.Establish an emergency response mechanism for freight services. Quickly activate backup plans for emergencies and coordinate resources to ensure uninterrupted cargo transportation, minimizing customer losses and negative impacts on the brand.
Team Management and Cross-Departmental Collaboration1.Build an efficient domestic freight team, responsible for team recruitment, staffing, and defining job responsibilities and assessment criteria. Develop talent development plans to enhance the team's professional capabilities through training, job rotation, and mentorship programs.2.Establish a team incentive and performance management system, conduct regular performance evaluations and feedback sessions to motivate team enthusiasm. Pay attention to employees' career development needs and improve succession planning to ensure talent reserves for key positions.3.Strengthen collaboration with internal departments: align with the sales team on customer freight needs and provide product support; optimize the warehouse-freight connection process with the warehousing team to reduce cargo detention time; coordinate with the finance team on cost accounting, budget execution, and expense settlement; and cooperate with the marketing team to promote freight product promotion and brand building.
Stakeholder Relationship Management1.External stakeholders: Maintain good relationships with domestic logistics industry associations, transportation management departments, customs, and other regulatory authorities to stay updated on policy developments and ensure business operations comply with regulatory requirements. Meanwhile, maintain cooperation with core suppliers to drive technological upgrades of the freight network.2.Internal stakeholders: Regularly report to DGF China's leadership on the progress of domestic freight business, performance achievements, and major issues to provide decision support. At the same time, coordinate resources from the global headquarters to promote the alignment of domestic freight business with DGF's global freight network.

Business PlanningManage the annual planning process ensuring DOM develops a realistic plan that supports the agreed strategies, maintain or improve market share and service levels, while meeting contribution levels to the network.
DOM Business Function Management1.Set DOM specific policies, standards and instructions2. Supervise/control DOM consolidated budget3.Define and communicate targets to operational units on regional/country level4. Provide leadership country DOM organisations and support related programs and activities5.Lead and direct Regional Customer Implementations of new customer solutions and processes6.Communicate and monitor the deployment of global and regional policies and procedures, while allowing localisation to meet local environment needs & requirements
Championing ImprovementActively promote the exchange and adoption of Best Practices within the DOM in country to leverage collective learning and to improve consistency and productivity

Job Requirements:1.At least 8 years of experience in the domestic freight or logistics industry, including more than 3 years of experience in managing national domestic freight teams. Experience working in international logistics companies such as DGF or DHL is preferred.2.Proven practical experience in building domestic freight networks, integrating capacity resources, and achieving profit targets. Successful cases of driving business revenue growth or cost reduction and efficiency improvement are required.3.Strategic Thinking: Ability to plan business directions from a holistic perspective, accurately predict market trends, develop implementable strategic plans, and drive business breakthroughs and growth.4.Operation Management: Proficiency in the details of the entire domestic freight process, ability to quickly identify operational issues and develop solutions, and ensure the efficient operation of the network and stable service quality.5.Business Negotiation and Resource Integration: Skilled in conducting business negotiations with carriers and customers, able to integrate multiple resources to achieve win-win cooperation and business objectives.6.Risk and Cost Control: Sharp awareness of risk identification, ability to establish an effective risk prevention system; at the same time, proficient in cost analysis and optimization to improve the profitability of the business.7.Team Leadership: Ability to build high-performance teams, inspire team enthusiasm and creativity, and develop core talents; possess cross-departmental communication and coordination skills to promote the implementation of complex projects.8.Language Proficiency: Proficient in Chinese, with fluent English communication skills to meet the needs of communication and reporting with DGF's global team.9.Bachelor's degree or above, with priority given to majors such as Logistics Management, Transportation, Supply Chain Management, and Business Administration.10.Good command of English and Mandarin in written and spoken.
