The Role:As the Head of Distribution Sales-US, you will be responsible for leading and optimizing our distribution strategy across the United States. This role ensures our ASSA ABLOY distributors are supported with competitive pricing, product availability, and logistical excellence.
Key Responsibilities: Lead the US Distribution team to deliver best-in-class support to our distributor partners. Develop and implement pricing strategies that align with business goals and market dynamics. Collaborate with Product Management and Supply Chain to ensure product availability and timely delivery. Serve as the primary liaison between ASSA ABLOY and our distributor network, fostering strong, long-term relationships. Monitor and improve distributor performance metrics, including order accuracy, delivery timelines, and customer satisfaction. Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost optimization across the distribution channel. Represent the voice of the distributor internally, advocating for tools, resources, and innovations that enhance their success. What You Will Need: Proven leadership experience in distribution, logistics, or channel management, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting. Strong understanding of pricing strategy, inventory management, and customer service best practices. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and drive results in a matrixed organization. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field (MBA preferred).
