Architect and command the digital future for the Americas. You will own the product strategy and execution for our digital platforms (Mobile, Web) and build a world-class, API-first ecosystem that drives business growth
and delivers a seamless customer experience. As a key member of the Americas Tech command staff, you will transform our digital capabilities from a maintenance function into a primary engine for innovation and
commercial success. You will pioneer the integration of Artificial Intelligence and advanced human-AI collaboration models to create hyper-personalized, predictive, and intelligent digital experiences for our customers.

Key Responsabilities

Co-Own the Digital Product Roadmap: Co-Define and execute the end-to-end product strategy and roadmap for the Americas, from ideation and customer research to launch and data-driven iteration, ensuring it aligns with customer needs and commercial goals.
Architect the Americas API Ecosystem: Lead the design and implementation of a modern, scalable API ecosystem. Drive an API-first culture across the organization to unlock new business models, foster innovation, and accelerate speed-to-market.
Pioneer AI-Driven Digital Experiences: Champion and lead the integration of AI/ML models into our digital products. Leverage advanced AI strategic partners (e.g., MCP) to synthesize market intelligence, accelerate decision-making, and identify novel product opportunities.
Lead a "ONE Team" of Product Engineering: Command a cross-functional team of approximately 60 technologists across the US, India, China and Mexico. Forge a high-performance "ONE Team" culture of ownership, radical accountability, and customer obsession to deliver a world-class, secure, and stable digital experience.
Drive Commercial Outcomes: Partner with business leaders to translate digital strategy directly into measurable business growth, customer acquisition, and revenue targets.
