Job Description: Minimum 18 years-experience with an E&P upstream operator in development, planning and operation  Minimum bachelor’s degree in Petroleum Engineering or Geoscience, preferably Masters  Proven collaborative leaders and integrator managing a multi-disciplinary technical subsurface team  Development planning capabilities across the front-end project management framework  Demonstrate decision making skills and building roadmaps to deliver a range of desired outcomes  Strong analytical, risk and uncertainty management skills  Deep technical and breadth of knowledge across subsurface disciplines and integrated modelling  Experience in appraisal well planning, well & reservoir management, production operations  Exposure to commercial challenges with delivery of technical solutions  Proven ability to build effective relationships internally and with partners, government  Strong organisational skills and ability to manage conflicting goals. A strong planner.  Must have strong communication, presentation abilities and English skills
