**Summary:**
This is a sales leadership role working with a team of Account Managers who help medium to large sized advertisers across a broad range of services verticals grow and succeed on our platform. Professional Services, Finance, Travel, Automotive, Entertainment, Publishing, Education and Healthcare are all examples of the verticals in this space. The DACH Services leader will build and motivate a team of highly engaged sales professionals to work with our advertisers and encourage them to adopt our products, increase their investment on our platform and ensure that Meta is the number one performing media partner in their channel mix.
**Required Skills:**
Head of DACH Services Responsibilities:
1. Sales Performance: Meet or exceed sales targets, product adoption goals, and operational metrics across our family of apps advertising solutions
2. Team Management: Lead, motivate, and develop a team of sales professionals to achieve their full potential
3. Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth, increase market share, and expand existing client relationships
4. Client Relationships: Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, understand their business needs, and provide tailored solutions to meet those needs
5. Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on our family of apps advertising solutions, including new features, updates, and best practices
6. Pipeline Management: Provide accurate sales forecasts and pipeline management to ensure alignment with business objectives
7. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales strategies
8. Reporting: Provide regular sales performance reports to leadership, highlighting successes, challenges, and areas for improvement
**Minimum Qualifications:**

9. Experience: Significant sales management experience in a technology or software industry
10. Track Record: Proven track record of achieving sales targets, product adoption goals, and operational metrics
11. Leadership: Experience leading sales teams, with a focus on coaching, development, motivation and performance management
12. Communication: Experienced communicator, able to adjust style to influence clients at both practitioner and C-level
13. Strategic Thinking: Strategic thinking, able to develop sales plans and execute against them
14. Problem-Solving: Problem-solving skills, able to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions
15. Adaptability: Able to adapt quickly to changing priorities, processes, and technologies
16. Product Knowledge: Product and technical knowledge of Meta’s advertising solutions, platforms, sales tools and best practices
17. Stakeholder Management: History of impactful and influential collaboration with a wide range of stakeholders, including internal cross functional teams, external partners, agencies and clients
18. Language: Fluent in German and English

19. Technical: Experience with our measurement solutions including brand, conversion and search lift reports, as well as attribution and Mixed Media Modelling external partners and tools
20. Vertical Experience: working with Professional Services, Travel, Automotive, Technology, Finance, Education or Healthcare advertisers that utilise both our commerce, lead generation and branding solutions
21. Industry: Client or agency experience working with Meta Advertising tools and solutions
