Head of Corporate

Role & Responsibilities: + Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute the business strategy, integrating regional goals with local market needs. Lead annual planning and budgeting processes to ensure sustainable growth. + Operational Oversight: Manage the business unit whilst ensuring high-quality service delivery and operational efficiency. + Broking & Advisory Excellence: Champion alternative risk financing and facilities development. + Talent & Culture: Build and lead a high-performing team. Foster a culture of continuous improvement, ethical conduct, and innovation. Coach and mentor colleagues to elevate performance. + Client Engagement: Act as the chief spokesperson for CRS in Indonesia. Cultivate relationships with key clients, carriers, and stakeholders. Represent Aon in major business initiatives and industry forums. + Governance & Compliance: Ensure all CRS activities comply with local regulations and Aon’s global policies. Skills and experience that will lead to success + Proven leadership in commercial risk, broking, or insurance consulting. + Strong track record in managing multi-disciplinary teams. + Deep understanding of Indonesian market dynamics and regulatory landscape. + Demonstrated ability to drive strategic initiatives and deliver financial results. + Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills. + Commitment to ethical leadership and inclusive culture. + Prior roles in broking leadership. + Experience in managing teams. + Familiarity with Aon’s operating model and client delivery framework.
