Lead the contract sub-team responsible for managing a multi-billion EPCC contract and contribute to the safe and timely project delivery within budget. Additionally, support the development of a Major Projects Contract Center of Expertise by incorporating industry best practices. Help build a skilled Contract/Procurement workforce aligned with digital transformation initiatives.
Key Job AccountabilitiesProvide commercial and contracting oversight from post-award to close-out of EPCC contracts.
Collaborate with procurement teams on claims/disputes per governance processes.
Liaise with Legal and Risk teams to address contract issues and mitigation strategies.
Develop post-award contract strategies across the onshore project.
Coordinate evaluations and formal close-out of contracts as per procedures.
Operate under high-visibility project environments with strict performance metrics.
Centralize contractual communications with EPC Contractors, ensuring project alignment.
Support contract and claims planning and analysis for senior management.
Contribute to short- and medium-term improvement initiatives aligned with digital strategy.
Support recruitment and development of top talent, including national workforce development.
Minimum RequirementsQualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Law, or Engineering
Experience:
Minimum 10 years in large-scale lump sum energy projects (post-award phase)
Project Managers, Construction or Project Control Managers are encouraged to apply
