Then come and join our global team as Head of Compliance & Controls – Global HR Operations (f/m/d) to establish and lead a global framework for risk management, internal controls, and compliance across all HR operational processes. This role ensures adherence to regulatory requirements, internal policies, and data privacy standards, while fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
Choose the best place for your work – Within the scope of this position, it is possible, in consultation with your manager, to work mobile (within Germany) up to an average volume of 60% of the respective working hours.
Even more flexibility? Mobile working from abroad is possible for up to 30 days a year under certain conditions and in selected countries.
Your tasks and responsibilities:
You will be responsible for designing and implementing a global compliance and controls strategy for HR Operations.You will lead risk assessments and control evaluations across HR processes.You will partner with internal and external audit, legal, IT and data privacy teams to ensure alignment.You will develop and monitor key compliance metrics and reporting mechanisms.You will drive remediation plans for identified control gaps or audit findings.You will ensure training and awareness of HR colleagues regarding all applicable mandates and controlsYou will build and lead a global team of risk and compliance professionals.You will serve as the Enterprise Risk Manager for the HR FunctionTo find out more about the specific business, have a look at https://www.siemens-healthineers.com/products-services
Your qualifications and experience:
You have successfully completed your university’s degree in Business AdministrationYou have many years of experience in compliance, internal controls, or audit, preferably in HR or shared servicesYou have strong knowledge of HR processes, standards, processes, data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR), and SOXYou have several years of leadership experience in a global HR functionYou are experienced with relevant tools and technologiesYou already have experience in interfacing to and collaborating with Workers Council committees in Germany
