Head of Compensation & Benefits Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)

You will

Manage the end-to-end financial processes for benefits and compensation including (but not limited to) month-end close processes, annual budgeting and planning, forecasting, variance analytics and rate card management.

Analyze and deliver the 3-year financial plan and alignment to strategic human capital objectives, market trends and associated projects and initiatives.

Drive position management governance and financial planning and analysis processes leveraging data standardization, best practices while driving automation and enhanced transparency and modelling capabilities.

Partner with key HR stakeholders and Finance leaders by providing valuable insight into monthly financial results, including full year projections, headcount analytics against plan, while identifying areas of opportunity and decision support. 

Maintain staffing data and corresponding financial impacts, in partnership with department stakeholders and Human Resource business partners.  Incorporate outer year impacts including staffing changes and business support into 3-year financial plan.

Drive insights and analytics that provide leadership transparency into risks and opportunities of departmental hiring trends, providing recommendations on efficiencies and/or risk mitigation.

Identify and deliver opportunities that enhance processes through automation, offshoring, or elimination.

OVERALL QUALIFICATIONS:

8-15 years of finance/accounting experience

Strong knowledge of financial analytics and expense management principles

Experience managing compensation and benefit accounting

Experience using an ERP, Oracle a plus but not required

Ability to meet tight deadlines and results driven

Location:

Hybrid: 3 days at the Hudson Yards, NYC office. 2 days WFH

Salary Range:

$129,500.00 - $212,750.00

The salary range reflected above is a good faith estimate of base pay for the primary location of the position. The salary for this position ultimately will be determined based on the education, experience, knowledge, and abilities of the successful candidate. In addition to salary, this role may also be eligible for annual, sales, or other incentive compensation.
