Head of Cloud Software and Services Operations CU T-Mobile
Our Exciting Opportunity!

We are looking for a Head of Cloud Software and Services (CSS) Operations CU T-Mobile to proactively partner with our customer account teams to support meaningful customer dialogs on execution and improvement topics across pre-sales, products, delivery, support, and operations to nurturing upsell and help establish a trusted advisory partner.

 

The individual will work closely with the Customer Units (CUs) to build the CSS domain strategy in the CU, secure firm execution against financial and operational targets, in close collaboration with the CU, Market Area Domain, and Business Area Cloud Software and Services stakeholders. The Head of CSS Operations will be fully accountable for delivering superior end-to-end solutions towards our customer, spanning the Cloud Software and Service Portfolio.

 

The Head of Cloud Software and Services (CSS) Operations CU T-Mobile will report directly to the Head of Americas Cloud Software and Services (CSS), be based in Bellevue, Washington, and will also be part of the Domain’s leadership team.

 

Key Objectives: Maximize our profitability by implementing tools and delivery models such as automation, right shoring, resource planning (on and offshore), discipline & control in solutioning, and project execution to avoid unplanned costs.Support the CUs by leveraging our delivery organization to maximize our sales opportunities in areas that can generate high margins and scale for Ericsson.Lead a large and high-performing team of service delivery employees to execute a focused business strategy.In this role you will: Understand & support customer’s business ambitions and expectations, proactively looking to build strong customer relationships by setting the agenda for current & future strategies and investments, as well as ensuring smooth deliveries on our projects.Anticipate customer's expectations and needs, incorporating them into solutions and project execution.Operate as a strategic influencer and advisor to executive level (business strategy, technology, roadmap, and growth).Professional competencies and skills to be successful in the role: Domain and portfolio understanding, including the implications of technology transformation for both delivery and operations.Best-in-class solution scoping, i.e., product and services understanding to design optimal solutions, risk management, and project scope.Understanding of Ericsson and customers’ networks, operations, and business processes.Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and appropriately assesses (resources) to mobilize on commitments.Experience in consultative selling, identification of strategic, budgeted programs, generating new business demand, and business justification for new programsLeadership: Nurture the Ericsson culture, promote diversity, and secure the well-being of our service delivery teams to have lower attrition than the industry average.Able to lead a distributed, diverse, multi-cultural, and matrix organization with strong people leadership skills.Acts with integrity and evangelizes our Ericsson on the Move culture.Proactively attracts top talent and builds retention through a purpose-driven culture.Orchestrates the full Ericsson ecosystem of stakeholders internally within MA and BA as well as external customers and partners.Ability to drive ethics and compliance adherence throughout the organization.Education/experience preferred: An M.SC in Engineering, MBA or equivalent through experience.10+ years of relevant experienceExperience working within a Customer Unit

Your Pay
The salary range for this position is dependent on various factors including, but not limited to, location, and the candidate’s combination of job-related knowledge, qualifications, skills, education, training, and experience.

 

The salary range for this position is

$206,400 - $270,000

Short-Term Variable Compensation Plan: Your pay also includes the opportunity for an annual bonus. Actual bonus payouts are based on performance of the business against the unit’s objectives, individual performance, and the individual bonus target. Certain eligibility and pro-ration rules apply.

Employees will receive company credits in an amount equal to the cost that Ericsson pays toward the cost of their medical and dental premiums for themselves and eligible covered dependents.

 

Your Financial Security

We invest in both your short and long-term financial wellbeing. The Ericsson US 401(k) Plan offers an automatic 3% company contribution and Ericsson matches $1 for every $1 you put into the 401(k) Plan on the first 3% of your eligible pay, plus 50 cents on every $1 on the next 2% of eligible pay. When you contribute at least 5% of eligible pay, you are receiving Ericsson’s full matching contributions. Matching and company automatic contributions stop when your total eligible pay for the year reaches the IRS limits. Employees will also receive company credits in an amount equal to the cost of basic life insurance and basic accidental death and dismemberment coverage, as well as short-term and long-term disability coverage. Employees also have the option to participate in Ericsson’s Stock Purchase Plan.

 

Your Time
Your work-life balance is important to us. New employees are provided a minimum of 15 days of accrued vacation, up to 3 personal days per year, 11 annual holidays, 8 hours of volunteer time, and 80 hours of sick time annually. Please note paid time off is pro-rated based on the employee’s start date. Furthermore, Ericsson provides up to 16 weeks of paid maternity leave and 6 weeks of parental or adoption leave at 100% of pay.
