Role Responsibilities
Reporting to Americas heads of sales and trading, individual is a key partner, responsible for creating and managing the processes the firm uses to manage delivery of products and services to its clients. Includes overseeing client meeting prep, client revenue and relationship reviews, campaign creation, delivery and monitoring, and business development tracking.
Collect, analyse, and present MI on revenues and clients to business heads
Work closely with business leads to create and drive sufficient structure and process for the successful delivery of client-facing teams against objectives
Manage pre-meet process to ensure client meetings are productive and high quality - have clear objectives, content, data, and correct Liquidnet attendance.
Own the internal member review and plan of action process (monthly for Platinum/Gold members and quarterly for others)
Organise and co-ordinate production of marketing collateral.
Hold the sales team accountable for actions and facilitate the process
Drive the closing of heatmap gaps and manage dormant account processes
Identify underpenetrated traders at members and help close gaps
Ensure shape and rigor around sales processes (e.g., Go Lives, Commission Reductions)
Work closely with Heads of product and sales to align, organise and track sales campaigns
Work closely with the regional Head of Business Development to ensure a clear new business pipeline and process oversight
Build and maintain relationships with departmental stakeholders to align on projects, client issues, and required enhancements
Experience / Competences
In-depth knowledge of the institutional broking sector
Outstanding interpersonal abilities
Organised and detail-oriented
Experience and knowledge of dealing with management datasets relating to clients, revenues, and client engagement
A strong yet tactful personality capable of collaborating with key stakeholders to foster behavioural change and promote the adoption of processes and structures
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate clearly across all levels of the organisation
