**Primary Function**
- Meet and exceed distributor sales goals in an assigned area.
- Subject Matter Expert (SME) in their own discipline. Highly knowledgeable about our products.
- Know the business process in the market and inside the company.
- An interface between APOC China and distributors provide communications and let APOC and distributor share same vision and goals.
**Major Responsibilities**
- Develop and accurately maintain Distributors' annual sales plan and 30/60/90 day forecast. Update daily and communicate with managers once a week on progress towards forecasted targets.
- Execute on action plans to overcome obstacle.
- Closely liaise with distributor and DAT about 30/60/90 days prospect.
- Understand, gather, and share market and competitive information with Distributors and ADD.
- Timely update distributor profile, SOH, Monthly FCST, Utilization status to facilitate distributor analysis and distributor management.
- Timely review sales FCST with logistic and Finance team to make sure the FCST accuracy.
- Timely and formally review performance of each distributor in their area
- Build Open, fair, customer and Performance oriented culture.
**Education**
Bachelor's degree
