Job Description

 RESPONSIBILITIES:

Actively participate in executive-level discussions on all market access related strategies, tactics and initiatives to maximize profitability goals, and increase market share and productivity and measurable impact and value to the organization.Build strong relationships with external stakeholder (related government authority) to enhance the company image in the market place.Establish and maintain close rapport, networking and lobbying with national, provincial and priority city authorities to secure the successful implementation of China’s short, medium and long-term business plans.Influence government policy in pricing, reimbursement, bidding and healthcare reform trend through contribution to industry lobby efforts. Accurate policy interpretation and analysis delivery to related internal colleagues on timely.Lead and ensure good performance of the team on products access on both state and local level. Develop government policy lobby competency and strive for favorable policy environment shaping.Ensure close communication/cooperation with internal stakeholders on reimbursement / pricing / healthcare policy sharing, product access progress, government communication and crisis solving through SMART and other cross-functional cooperation.Formulate internal management regulations, SOP, financial budget to ensure the efficiency, alignment and compliance of department.Build an effective leadership team ensuring that each individual in a leadership role embraces the company way and instills a winning culture within the team.Ensure that all staff having sufficient training, management and resources to successfully reach their stretching targets.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor degree or above in medical or pharmaceuticalMore than 10 years government affairs or related working experience, with 5 years more in management capacity. MNC experience and background.Strong public relationship skillAble to engage employees and external partiesInterpersonal skillCommunication skillStrong coordination skillAble to work under pressureStrategic planningAcademic studyProactiveCustomer service orientedGood command of English in writing and verbal communicationVery strong understanding of pharmaceutical market and trends
