As Head of CEE MSD (f/m/d) you will lead our Business Line “MarCom, Sales and Delivery Services” in Central Eastern Europe. You will be responsible for the regional Operations for our service lines “Communication Services”, “Global Marketing Services”, “Order management and Delivery Services” and “Sales and Credit & Collection Services” within our Hub Central Eastern Europe with the main locations in Czech Republic, Poland and Bulgaria. You will be driving innovation and operational excellence for GBS MSD in CEE. As head of the hub business line you will be the key contact for regional clients and stakeholders. You will take on full entrepreneurial and financial responsibility, further developing service portfolio and championing customer satisfaction, as well as supporting and enabling Siemens’ transformation journey. Additionally, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of this newly established business line in your region. You will drive strategic transformation, operational excellence, and digital innovation, ensuring that GBS remains a critical enabler of business success. As a key member of the GBS CEE Leadership Team, you will contribute to the overall GBS roadmap and its implementation within the Region and the Business Line. You will collaborate with other regional hub business line leaders and global stakeholders to align priorities, balance conflicting interests, and foster cross-functional synergies. Success in this role requires the ability to thrive in a complex matrix environment, and strong stakeholder engagement skills. You will inspire and motivate senior teams, navigate challenging situations with diplomacy, and embody diversity, equity, and inclusion principles while preparing the organization for the future. How you’ll create an impact You lead the GBS CEE MSD services, drive performance, implement best practices and synergies to ultimately generate more efficiency and growth You are responsible for the strategic development of the service delivery footprint as well as for the development of new servicesYou are accountable for the quality and financial performance of MSD’s CEE operations You market and sell the services and solutions to customers within Siemens, to 3rd party customers and drive/maintain high user/customer satisfaction You drive end-to-end process optimization and further digitalization wherever possible as well as ensuring implementation of global Siemens and GBS initiatives/standards You are the key driver of the ongoing global transformation of the organization into an innovative digital solution provider embedding AI, automation, analytics and digital capabilities into core processes You support GBS' transformation into a customer-oriented organization by fostering personal growth and driving agile mindset You foster and proactively demonstrate collaboration with other GBS units within and beyond the CEE Hub You drive and proactively develop a high-performance culture, ensuring talent development, employee engagement (as reflected via SGES), up/re-skilling, retention, and leadership succession planning as well as fostering a diverse, equitable, and inclusive workplace, leading with integrity, empathy, and respect You handle complex and sensitive situations with diplomacy, maturity, and a solutions-oriented mindset You ensure compliance with local laws, external/internal regulations, cybersecurity and our sustainability goals This is how you'll win us over: EducationA university degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, or a related fieldExperience & SkillsLongstanding (5+ years) experience in senior positions and leadership roles in global, multi-functional Shared / Business Services organizations Proven expertise in leading large, complex, multi-functional teams across different geographies Intercultural experience in leading Shared Service Organization’s in key regions Strong understanding and hands on experience in Order Management, Sales & After Sales, Communication and Marketing Business process optimization experience Experience in leading and rolling out of digitalization projects Experience in navigating a complex matrix environment, balancing global and regional priorities.
