What the day will look like
Function Transformation:
+ Lead the strategic transformation of cash cycle operations across all six countries, standardizing processes, implementing guidelines, and leveraging technology.
+ Develop and execute a roadmap for change management, ensuring stakeholder buy-in and successful adoption of new processes and systems.
Cash Cycle Management:
+ Oversee all aspects of the cash cycle, including production (premium/contribution processing), collection, reconciliation, and reporting.
+ Monitor and optimize cash flow, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in all transactions.
Insurance Company Relationship Management:
+ Build and maintain strong relationships with insurance partners across the region.
+ Act as the main point of contact for cash cycle matters, facilitating issue resolution and supporting negotiations for risk and human capital programs.
Regional Oversight:
+ Ensure consistency of cash cycle practices and compliance with local regulations in Colombia, Peru, Ecuador, Chile, Argentina, and Uruguay.
+ Coordinate with local teams to address country-specific challenges and opportunities.
Compliance & Controls:
+ Maintain robust internal controls and documentation to support audits and regulatory requirements.
+ Ensure adherence to both local and corporate policies.
Reporting & Analysis:
+ Prepare and present regional cash cycle reports, highlighting performance, trends, and areas for improvement.
+ Provide insights and recommendations to support strategic decisions.
Team Leadership:
+ Lead, mentor, and develop a geographically diverse team, fostering collaboration and accountability.
+ Promote a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Skills and experience that will lead to success
+ Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
+ 10+ years’ experience in cash management, insurance operations, or financial operations, with multi-country or regional leadership experience.
+ Proven track record in leading functional transformation initiatives.
+ Excellent communication, relationship-building, and change leadership skills.
+ Proficiency in financial systems and operational improvement tools.
+ Spanish & English fluency required; Portuguese is a plus.
+ Specialized knowledge in financial operations within the Hispanic regions of South America.
+ Strategic relationship management with insurance providers.
+ Process optimization and technology adoption.
+ Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
