About the Role:
We are looking for a strategic leader to build and scale cargo insurance distribution across South & Central America. This is a high-impact role combining strategy, execution, and collaboration with DHL business units to embed insurance solutions into logistics services.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and lead a regional cargo insurance sales organization Design and implement embedded insurance products for logistics customers Train and empower DHL sales teams to sell insurance solutions Drive growth in premiums and policy volumes across multiple markets Ensure compliance with Brazilian and regional insurance regulations Manage P&L, reporting, and IT integration for insurance services

Requirements:

5–10 years in cargo insurance sales/business development within logistics or insurance Strong technical knowledge of marine cargo insurance and freight liability Proven track record in building distribution networks and growing business Degree in Business, Insurance, or Economics; CPCU/ARM certifications preferred Fluent in English, Portuguese and Spanish
