Job summary This role has responsibility for leading two key areas of transformational change for SEATS GB. The first area is focused on Business Transformation, which involves ensuring our 3-year transformational plan is well aligned with business functions. The second area is focused on coaching the organisation in developing and driving an effective Continuous Improvement journey.
