It is formed of **a highly interdependent set of processes** (data foundations, outlet execution KPIs, Sales Incentivization), **tools** (Commercial dashboards) and **systems** (Trax, EDGE 365, Contract Management) that will bring data analytics, technology, consistent ways of working, and a customer-first mind-set to the forefront of every interaction with our partners. This 360 degree approach will give everyone in Diageo the same view of the customer, helping us to provide improved sales performance and ensuring that ultimately we win at the point of purchase. **We, the Business Effectiveness & Commercial Transformation team are** _key commercial partners passionate about providing solutions putting execution at the heart and translating insights into actions to drive performance improvement in BxN_ . **ABOUT THE ROLE** The purpose of this role is to shape the mid- and long-term Commercial Transformation strategy in BxN, lead the RTC agenda and ensure Performance improvement through Commercial data delivery at all levels embedded in the annual business planning process and amplified through an optimized Sales incentivization Programme. As we are transforming the way we operate and with the mission to becoming the _Execution Engine_ of Diageo you will play a pivotal role in making the change happen. This role will be part of the BxN Commercial Leadership team and work in close collaboration with all Commercial leads, global D&T and distribution partners to ensure all needed alignments for an effective and efficient implementation of our key priorities across Performance Management, RTC, SIP and more. Several teams members in the BxN team will also be supporting the commercial transformation agenda in Poland and Greece, so remit of role will in certain areas also include these countries. **KEY Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following** + Lead Commercial Performance Improvement agenda in BxN leveraging the right digital tools to translate insights into growth opportunitites that ultimately bring performance to life for all levels. + Manage senior stakeholders across markets and prioritize Sales execution initiatives that will fuel the big bets of our NE business strategy. + Shape the Commercial Transformation in partnership with Marketing and the Commercial organization delivering consistent outlet segmentation, robust coverage strategy and unified KPI reporting and incetives. + Inform strategic business planning through embedding execution in annual planning cycle and S&OP processes via commercial data delivery. + Finalization of SIP review and implementation of enhanced incentive scheme + Own the technology road map for improvement of sales tools and reporting/dashboard platforms in collaboration with Europe/Global + Manage and lead a team of 6 direct reports providing regular feedback and coaching. + Collaborate closely with Global Sales, D&T and cross-regional teams on execution excellence and technology projects relevant for BxN. **Ideal experiences / Qualifications / capabilities** + 10+ years of commercial experience and/or commercial transformation background + Strong stakeholder management, ability to influence and partner at senior level and experience in successful team collaboration. + Experience of change management and commercial strategy development. + Proven ability to deliver results and drive transformation through the organization. + Authentic, natural leader and skilled influencer. + Team leadership experience. + High level of multi-tasking capabilities. + Languages - English (fluent) additional languages a plus **Flexible Working Statement** Flexibility is key to our success.
