Prime Video is seeking an exceptional business leader to serve as Head of Turkey. This role will drive Prime Video's growth and market leadership in one of our most dynamic and fastest-growing markets. As the Turkey business leader, you'll own full P&L responsibility for Turkey while supporting programming and categorization for MENA. You'll drive business performance, member growth, and engagement across all Prime Video offerings in Turkey —including SVOD content, Prime Video Channels, TVOD, advertising, and Prime integration. You'll operate at the intersection of content, technology, and business strategy, making decisions that balance customer obsession with sustainable growth in Turkey.
What You'll Do:
You'll own the business operation for Turkey, driving daily excellence across programming, marketing, partnerships, and monetization. This means developing Turkey-specific strategies that align with global objectives while respecting local market dynamics and customer preferences. For MENA, you'll support programming and categorization decisions.
You'll lead the selection and optimization of Turkey's content slate, ensuring we're investing in programming that resonates with Turkish audiences and drives measurable engagement. For MENA, you'll support programming and categorization strategy.
Cross-functional collaboration is at the heart of this role. For Turkey, you'll partner with content teams to drive programming decisions, work with marketing to optimize customer acquisition and retention, collaborate with advertising teams to accelerate revenue growth, and align with Prime to maximize integration opportunities.
You'll represent Turkey in global forums and lead regional discussions. You'll own Turkey's processes including multi-territory title selection, programming categorization, business reviews, and planning cycles. Your ability to move fast on two-way door decisions while building consensus on one-way doors will be critical to our speed and agility in market. Success requires both strategic vision and operational excellence.
You'll need to think long-term about market positioning while executing flawlessly on quarterly plans. You'll help balance investment across content, marketing, and technology while maintaining disciplined financial management.
You'll identify emerging opportunities and risks with respect to the Turkish market, moving quickly to capitalize or mitigate.

- Own P&L, budget management, net member balance, and engagement growth for Turkey
- Drive daily operational excellence across all business dimensions for Turkey: SVOD content and programming; Prime Video Channels; TVOD (Transactional Video on Demand); Advertising; Marketing; Prime integration
- Support programming and categorization for MENA region
- Develop and execute Turkey-specific strategies aligned with global objectives
- Lead cross-functional decision-making for all Turkey business initiatives
