YOUR ROLE
As the Head of Bids & Project Management you will lead the engine room of our cyber services business, driving tenders through to successful delivery while building and maturing an enterprise PMO.

This is a hands-on, high-impact leadership role at the intersection of sales and delivery, bringing together commercial, technical and operational stakeholders to win the right work and deliver it exceptionally well.
 

You’ll:

Lead the Bids and Project Management Office (BPMO) strategy, standards and roadmap

Oversee the full bid-to-delivery lifecycle, governance and performance

Drive profitable, well-run tenders and predictable project outcomes

Embed consistent PMO practices, tools and reporting across the business

Optimise resource planning, risk management and delivery governance

Partner with Finance, Legal, Procurement, Operations and Technical leaders

Build capability, coach teams and foster a high-performance culture

What You'll Bring:

Senior leadership experience across bids, projects or PMO in complex / tech environments

Strong commercial acumen and governance mindset

Proven ability to influence across diverse stakeholders

Track record of scaling functions and improving delivery performance

Calm, decisive and outcomes-focused under pressure
