As the Head of AI Workflow Engineering, you will play a pivotal role in Sanofi's digital transformation, leading the design, development, and implementation of AI-powered workflow platform and the products built across the organization. In this role, you will report directly to the Head of Data, AI and Governance Platforms, leading a team that will build products in the AI workflow accelerator. You will be dedicated to this area, working directly with the product line owners and the Global Head of Digital Strategy and Operations. You will work closely with multiple cross-functional teams, including Data Engineering, GenAI Platform teams, Product Line Owners, Business Process Owners, and key stakeholders across various business units. You will have direct management responsibilities for a team of data engineers with opportunities to shape and grow your team.
