Working closely with the CEO, CFO, and COO, this leader will ensure that every data pipeline, schema, and dashboard directly enables intelligent automation, decision-making, and measurable business impact.

JOB SUMMARY:
The Head of Agentic AI will design, build, and own the data foundation that powers AI agents and automation across Transformco. This role is responsible for transforming fragmented data sources into a unified, real-time intelligence fabric that drives how the business runs from technician routing to pricing, recruiting, and parts logistics.
