What you will do:
The Role’s Key Responsibilities and Tasks
As an eDOer, you will have clear objectives, great challenges and a clear overview of how your work contributes to the global company project and its customers. As a Head of Account Management in the Accommodation Team you will:
Develop account management strategies to maintain strong relationships with key hotel partners and maximize business opportunities.
Monitor performance by region, analyze trends, and identify areas for improvement or expansion.
Define and track performance metrics to ensure team accountability and continuous improvement
Lead and mentor a team of Area Market Managers, Market Managers and Market Specialists, ensuring a high level of engagement.
Ensure continuous training and development for the team and drive commercial excellence
Providing guidance to the team on account plans, negotiations, and actively participate in partner interactions.
Collaborate with internal teams including Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance, Tax and Legal to ensure a smooth and consistent approach to hotel partners
Work with Business Development and Product teams to propose and prioritize initiatives, aligning account strategies with business objectives and hotel needs.
Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management on quarterly roadmaps, account activities, forecasts, and results.
Represent Odigeo Connect in major hotel and tourism fairs, meeting with key hotel partners and prospects.
Monitor the market, conduct the required research on competition and industry trends, gather insights from the teams on hotel feedback.
What you need to succeed:

Proven experience in account management or sales leadership roles, in the hotel industry
Strong leadership and strategic planning skills: at least 7 years of experience managing teams. Must be able to evaluate how team members perform and develop action plans to meet objectives
Strong negotiation skills, track record of developing trusted relationships with key hotel partners
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with partners and internal teams.
Analytical mindset and proficiency in CRM software and sales reporting
Ability to work under pressure and manage priorities
Full English proficiency, additional European language desired
