The Head Mixologist oversees bar menu development, crafting exceptional cocktail experiences and ensuring the highest standards of quality, creativity, consistency, and service.

Qualifications3–5+ years of mixology or bar leadership experience in a luxury hotel/resort; preferably in the MaldivesStrong knowledge of spirits, cocktails, production techniques, and bar trendsCertification in mixology, beverage management, or alcohol serviceDemonstrated creativity and ability to develop signature cocktailsExperience in training bar staff
