We’re seeking an enthusiastic Assistant Women’s Softball Coach to support the continued success and growth of our NCAA Division II program. This is your opportunity to mentor student-athletes in a dynamic and competitive environment.

What You’ll Do *Assist with planning and directing practices, training, and team activities *Instruct student-athletes in sport-specific skills, strategies, and preparation *Support athlete recruitment, development, and academic success *Ensure compliance with NCAA and South Atlantic Conference regulations *Promote sportsmanship, leadership, and integrity both on and off the field

Who We’re Looking For Required Qualifications *Bachelor’s degree

Preferred Qualifications *Successful background as a softball player and/or coach at the NCAA Division I, II, or III level *Thorough knowledge of softball, strategy, and training methods *Strong communication and organizational skills *Knowledge of NCAA and SAC rules and regulations *CPR certification
