?Lead. Inspire. Compete. Lincoln Memorial University is seeking a dynamic and experienced Head Men’s Volleyball Coach to lead our growing NCAA program. This role is ideal for a passionate educator and coach who thrives in developing student-athletes both on and off the court. As Head Coach, you will build a competitive team, mentor athletes, and uphold the high standards of LMU Athletics.

?What You’ll Do ?Plan, organize, and oversee all aspects of the men’s volleyball program ?Instruct student-athletes in the fundamentals, strategy, and techniques of volleyball ?Foster academic, athletic, and personal growth in student-athletes ?Recruit, retain, and develop student-athletes who embody LMU’s values ?Ensure program compliance with NCAA, conference, and university regulations ?Coordinate with athletics staff, trainers, and faculty to support team success

?Who We’re Looking For Minimum Qualifications: ?Bachelor’s degree ?Coaching experience at the NCAA Division I, II, or III level

Preferred Qualifications: ?Master’s degree or higher ?Demonstrated success as a volleyball player and/or coach at the NCAA level ?Deep knowledge of volleyball strategy and skill development ?Strong communication, team-building, and organizational skills ?Familiarity with NCAA and conference rules and policies ?CPR certification
