Your tasks and responsibilities:You drive the strategy, design, and execution of Total Rewards programs across EMEA, ensuring alignment with global principles, local market practices, and legal/regulatory requirements.You lead, coach, and develop Zone and Country Total Rewards teams, fostering deep subject-matter expertise and delivering high-quality support for HR and business stakeholders at all levels.You partner with Region HR, HRBPs, and business leaders to shape competitive and engaging reward strategies that support talent attraction, retention, and motivation.You leverage internal data and external market intelligence to assess program effectiveness, guide decision-making, and ensure Total Rewards offerings remain relevant and competitive across diverse markets.You lead regional execution of global Total Rewards initiatives and technology projects, including the implementation of Workday, with a strong focus on change management, stakeholder engagement, and process integration.

Your qualifications and experience:You have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; a formal Total Rewards certification is a plus.You possess10 + years of progressive experience in Compensation & Benefits, including regional leadership roles across complex within an international environment. Healthcare/Pharma background is a plus.You have a proven track record in designing and implementing Total Rewards strategies that support large-scale workforces (20,000+ employees), with deep understanding of EMEA market dynamics and regulatory frameworks.You demonstrated experience leading cross-border teams and managing through a matrix structure, effectively collaborating with HR, business leaders, and Centers of Expertise.You have hands-on experience with large-scale HR technology implementations (e.g., Workday), and driving change management initiatives in multinational settings.You are fluent in German and English (C1/C2 level); other European languages are a plus.
Your attributes and skills:You are a strategic, forward-thinking leader with the ability to translate global frameworks into regionally relevant and actionable Total Rewards solutions.You have strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of influencing and building trust with senior stakeholders across HR, business, and functional teams.You have a high level of cultural intelligence and adaptability, with the ability to navigate diverse regulatory environments and business contexts across ~40 countries.You have a strong executive presence and are comfortable presenting to senior leadership, including C-level stakeholders.You have an analytical and data-savvy, with the ability to interpret complex market trends and internal metrics to drive informed decision-making.You thrive in transformation environments and demonstrate resilience in driving change across large, matrixed organizations.
